1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the NO NAME FOR NOW Research platform (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is offered to verified research organisations, accredited laboratories, and qualified researchers. You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter contracts under Australian law.
3. Permitted use
All compounds supplied through the Service are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Compounds are not to be administered to humans, animals, or used in any diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary setting.
4. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
5. Orders and shipping
Orders are subject to verification, availability and applicable regulatory approvals. Shipping estimates are indicative only.
6. Saved shipping details
At checkout you may optionally choose to save your shipping details to your account for faster future orders. This is entirely optional and off by default. When enabled, the checkout form is pre-filled but always displayed and fully editable — no order is ever placed using saved details without your explicit review and confirmation. Saved details remain private to your account, are never disclosed to third parties beyond the logistics partner delivering an order you place, and are never used for marketing. You may disable auto-fill or permanently delete saved details at any time from Account details.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
