Privacy Policy

How NO NAME FOR NOW Research handles your data. Compliant with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Information we collect

Account information (name, work email, organisation), order and shipping information, and standard technical logs (IP address, device type) required to operate the Service securely.

2. How we use information

To operate the Service, verify your research organisation, process orders, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with logistics providers, payment processors, and identity verification partners strictly to deliver the Service.

4. Security

Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3. Passwords are hashed. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and requires two-factor authentication.

5. Saved shipping details (opt-in)

You may choose to save your shipping details to your account so future orders are pre-filled at checkout. This preference is off by default and can be turned on or off at any time from Account details, where you can also permanently clear any saved details. Saved details are stored privately against your account, are never sold, never used for marketing or unsolicited communication, and are only disclosed to the logistics partner responsible for delivering an order you actively place. The checkout form is always displayed and remains fully editable before each order.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@no-name-for-nowresearch.au.
